About
Norcal Academy of Performing Arts

Our nickname is NAPA... We like to act, sing, dance and play instruments and always have fun!

Norcal Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) was founded in 2009 to provide affordable programs and scholarships of music & theatre arts instruction. We believe music educations advocates the artistic development among the youth and encourages growth and confidence through meaningful experiences in the performing arts.

NAPA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that solely thrives through the generosity of donors and the support of the community. Since its founding in 2011, it has produced 16 musical plays (Into the Woods Jr., Les Misérables Jr., MuIan Jr., Cinderella Jr., Alladin Jr., West Side Story, Grease, Beauty and the Beast Jr., to name a few).  NAPA is located in the Evergreen area, one of the most culturally diverse communities in the city of San Jose, California.

How can you help?

Our efforts and great dreams go into fruition with your generous contributions. Each child or young adult sponsored at NAPA benefits in so many ways.  We aim to enrich their lives, hone their talents and help them reach their dreams with confidence and determination.  The instructions, tools, experience and logistics behind all this come with a little price. This is why sustaining our vision is a constant outreach to all those who can share their time, talent and treasures.
